Because Dancin’ Dog treats are consumable food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you are unable to use your treats and the package remains unopened, we encourage you to donate them to a local animal shelter or rescue organization rather than discard them. Please contact the organization first to confirm that it accepts donated treats.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dancindogtn@gmail.com. Include your order number and photographs showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Dancin’ Dog.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been prepared or shipped.
